Diamond Wire Saws

Our Subsea Saws were developed to give the ROV industry a better option for subsea cutting.

The products already in the marked were in general big, heavy, very complex and often required additional personnel offshore. Our motivation was to come up with a tool that were small and light enough for a WROV to handle subsea without the use of cranes or other aids. We also wanted to remove the requirement for additional personnel offshore to operate the tool.

During development we focused on light weight, ease of handling and user friendliness. Our Diamond Wire Saws are light enough for most WROV`s to handle with no or very little buoyancy needed. Compared to other tools our Diamond Wire Saws requires very limited free access to engage against the cut object.

In our upgraded Mark 2 models, wire replacement is simplified and far less time consuming. Mark 2 models available from 2022.
